Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to collect the package from your registered address.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 working days.
